Moldova's Health Ministry Plans Hospital Reform

Moldova's Ministry of Health is preparing a reform of its hospital network, with a project expected to be put up for public discussion by the end of summer. Health Minister Emil Ceban announced the plans, assuring that no medical institutions would be closed.
