Bulgaria Signs Declaration for Active Participation in Ukraine Support Coalition
Despite a previous change in stance and a refusal by Prime Minister Rumen Radev to work within the Coalition of the Willing in support of Ukraine, Foreign Minister Velislava Petrova signed a declaration in Kyiv a day later, acknowledging the coalition's work.
