Polish Court Limits Abuse of Anti-Abuse Clause in Estonian CIT Cases
A Polish administrative court (WSA) has ruled that acquiring services from related limited partnerships does not justify refusing to issue a tax interpretation, thereby limiting the tax authorities' use of the GAAR clause as a pretext to avoid substantive answers to tax questions.
