Punjab Government Denies Sanction to Prosecute Senior Police Officers in 2017 Custodial Death Case
The Punjab government has declined sanction to prosecute a former Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) and Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) in connection with the 2017 custodial death of a Ludhiana woman. Two other police officers will still face trial.
