Second Tunnel Breakthrough on Sibiu-Pitești Highway in Romania

Construction workers have achieved a breakthrough on the second tunnel of the Sibiu-Pitești Highway's mountainous section along the Olt Valley, with a total of seven tunnels planned for the 31 km Section 2.
