Montenegrin Prosecutor's Office Investigates Threats Against CZGP

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Cetinje, Montenegro, has opened a case following a complaint from the Center for Civic Freedoms (CZGP) regarding threatening messages, and is gathering evidence to make a decision on further action.

"U okrivu formiranog predmeta biće prikupljena potrebna obavještenja i dokazi, nakon čega će tužilaštvo, u skladu sa svojim zakonskim ovlašćenjima, donijeti odgovarajuću odluku o daljem postupanju. Imajući u vidu da je postupak u toku, tužilaštvo u ovom trenutku nije u mogućnosti da saopšti više detalja, kako se ne bi ugrozilo njegovo nesmetano vođenje", piše u saopštenju
