NOAA Confirms Official Start of El Niño Cycle
The United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has officially confirmed the beginning of a new El Niño cycle. Experts estimate a 63% chance of it developing into a “Super El Niño,” increasing the risk of extreme weather until 2027.
