Ecuadoran Diplomat and Tongan Candidate Join Race for UN Chief

An Ecuadoran diplomat has joined the race for the United Nations chief position, with Tonga also nominating Ivonne A-Baki as its candidate for the role. Both individuals are now contenders for the top leadership position at the UN.
