Prison dogs in North Rhine-Westphalia trained to detect new psychoactive substances
In a first for North Rhine-Westphalia, prison dogs have been successfully trained to sniff out new psychoactive substances (NPS), which mimic illegal drugs and are widely prevalent in correctional facilities.
