Swiss SMEs Reluctant to Hire Academics, Prefer Apprentices

Despite rising unemployment, one-third of Swiss small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are hesitant to hire university graduates, with many advising school leavers to pursue apprenticeships instead of higher education.
