The prosecution systematically cut out most of the signs pointing to Antal Rogán's potential involvement from the investigation material of the Schadl–Völner case by separating them into a new procedure.

Úgy metszette ki az ügyészség a Rogán Antal esetleges érintettségére utaló jelek többségét a Schadl–Völner-ügy nyomozati anyagából, hogy új eljárásba különítette el őket. A három ilyen eljárásból mostanra kettőt vádemelés nélkül zártak le, a harmadikban a legfontosabb szereplőt meg sem hallgatták.
