Tokyo Court Rules Otsuka Pharmaceutical Employee's Suicide as Work-Related
The Tokyo District Court ruled that the suicide of a 31-year-old male employee of Otsuka Pharmaceutical in 2018 was work-related. The court cited accumulated physical and mental fatigue due to busy work as a contributing factor.
