A pregnant woman in Portugal gave birth at home with the help of neighbors after an INEM ambulance was delayed by 30 minutes, despite calls reporting strong pain and hemorrhage.

O INEM foi chamado às 12h09 por causa de uma mulher grávida com "hemorragia e dores fortes" que acabou por dar à luz em casa e com a ajuda dos vizinhos. Só às 12h39 é que foi acionada uma ambulância.
