Podgorica Motorcyclists Announce Protest Against New Law, Police Warn Irresponsible Drivers

Motorcyclists in Podgorica have announced a peaceful protest for August 14th against a new law they claim is unfavorable to them. Meanwhile, the Police Administration stated it has no understanding for irresponsible drivers.
