Flat Legal Aid Fee for Solicitors Expected to Be Finalized After Court Disruption

A dispute over Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan’s plans to replace the current appearance-based payment model for solicitors with a flat fee per District Court case is expected to be finalized today, following a week of court disruption.
