Singaporean Chefs Showcase Local Cuisine in Peru
Singaporean chefs Paul and Wayne Liew of Keng Eng Kee Seafood, Petrina Loh of Morsels, and Daniel and Tamara Chavez of Canchita collaborated on a dinner in Lima, Peru. This event marked the first official, large-scale showcase of Singaporean food in the country.
