Alberta Court Rules Man Cannot Be Prosecuted for Sexual Assault Due to Communication Issues

Alberta's top court has ruled that Kendall Longclaws cannot be prosecuted or psychiatrically detained for sex crimes against three minors because he was never taught to communicate.
