Portuguese PM Montenegro Not Fined for Seatbelt Violation Due to Lack of Information

The Portuguese police (PSP) stated that Prime Minister Montenegro will not be fined for not wearing a seatbelt because they lack essential information regarding the day, time, and circumstances of the infraction.
