LPA's Trough Affects Mindanao and Visayas in Philippines
A low pressure area (LPA) within the Philippine area of responsibility is not expected to develop into a tropical cyclone, but its trough will continue to affect parts of Mindanao and Visayas, according to the state weather bureau.
