Russian Agent Detained for Plotting Airstrike on Ukrainian TPP

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has detained a Russian informant in the Kharkiv region who was collecting data to prepare a repeat Russian air attack on one of Ukraine’s largest thermal power plants (TPP).
