Washington Confirms Talks Between Lebanon and Israel

Washington has confirmed ongoing technical discussions between Lebanon and Israel in the Italian capital, aimed at advancing the framework agreement signed in June in Washington, which Israel has not yet fully implemented in southern Lebanon.
