Mandić States Many Seek to Relegate Serbs in Montenegro to Second-Class Status
Andrija Mandić, President of New Serbian Democracy, asserted at the Assembly of United Serbs in Banja Luka that while Serbs in Montenegro are part of the government for the first time since WWII, many still aim to return them to a second-class citizen position.
