Finnish Institution Creates Fast Track to Higher Education for Unemployed Graduates

Hundreds of new high school graduates in Pirkanmaa, Finland, have found themselves unemployed. In response, an educational institution has launched two new tailored programs to provide a fast track for these graduates to enter higher education.
