North Korea's Estimated Income from Russia Military Aid Exceeds 2 Trillion Yen

A South Korean government-affiliated think tank estimates that North Korea could earn over 2 trillion yen (approximately $13 billion USD) from dispatching troops and exporting weapons to Russia.
