Driver Crashes Off Road with Five Promille Alcohol in Škofja Loka

Police in Škofja Loka, Slovenia, reported that a 54-year-old driver was involved in a single-vehicle accident, found to have been driving with an exceptionally high blood alcohol level of five promille.
