Former PSOE-A Official Processed, Connecting Party to Regional Government Corruption
Rafael Velasco, former 'number 2' of the PSOE in Andalusia, has been processed, linking the corruption plot to the regional government and the party, as he allegedly used party employees for dealings with the Junta regarding subsidies.
