Singapore to Increase Entry Fees for Malaysian Taxis Sevenfold by 2027

Singapore's Land Transport Authority announced that Malaysia-registered taxis will face a S$15 (US$12) per trip charge to enter the city-state starting January 1, 2027, aiming to equalize costs with local cabs.
