Man Fined for Mumbai Teen Accident Nine Years Ago

A 66-year-old man, P Narayanasamy Poosaripadaiyachi, has been fined Rs 20,000 for an incident nine years ago where he struck a Mumbai teen, Nidhi Jethmalani, at a zebra crossing, leaving her in a coma. At the time, he was driving a vehicle for the then railway commissioner.
