Swiss Government Relaxes 'Swissness' Rules for Swiss Cross Usage After On Dispute
The Swiss federal government has relaxed its rules for using the Swiss cross, now allowing products developed in Switzerland but not produced there to bear the symbol, following a dispute with shoe manufacturer On that led the Institute for Intellectual Property to soften its previous practice.
