Lithuanian Supreme Court Orders Re-evaluation of Misiūnas' Lawsuit Against President

The Lithuanian Supreme Court has ruled that a lower court must re-decide whether to hear a civil case concerning former Interior Minister Eimutis Misiūnas' lawsuit against President Gitanas Nausėda.
