Finnish Court Revokes Solar Plant Permit Citing Wind Power Precedent
A Finnish administrative court has revoked a building permit for a solar power plant, reportedly using justifications from an older wind power decision. The solar company, Neoen Renewables, plans to appeal the ruling to the Supreme Administrative Court.
