Romanian National Denies Rape of Teenage Girl on Norfolk Beach

Madalin Ilinca, a Romanian national, has denied charges of raping a teenage girl on a Norfolk beach. He was apprehended by Norfolk Police at the port of Dover upon re-entering the UK.
