Man Charged in Vienna for Severe Cyber-Grooming
A 47-year-old man has been charged in Vienna for a severe case of cyber-grooming, accused of impersonating a 13-year-old girl on Instagram to entice two 12-year-olds and one 13-year-old to engage in abusive acts. He has been in pre-trial detention for nearly a year.
