Man Declared Insane After Attempting to Drown Neighbor in Well
A 46-year-old man, Adem M., has been declared insane after attempting to throw his 68-year-old neighbor into a well in Lonjica last October. A supplementary psychiatric evaluation determined he was in a state of extreme frustration and unable to process reality.
