Man Suspected of Slovak ATM Explosions Arrested in Budapest

A man suspected of blowing up Slovak ATMs has been arrested in an underground garage in Ferencváros, Budapest. Authorities found a rubber bullet weapon and an initiating device at his hiding place; he had previously been convicted for armed robbery.
