Montenegro Extends Visa-Free Regime for Russia and Belarus, Imposes New Restrictions

The Montenegrin government has prepared amendments to its visa regime, extending the validity of certain visa-free arrangements for Russia and Belarus until October 31, 2026, while introducing restrictions on new exemptions after that date.
