AADE Clarifies Fines for Electronic Tax Mechanism Violations
The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has issued new guidelines clarifying the fines imposed for violations concerning Electronic Tax Mechanisms (FHM). The clarifications come via a new circular from its governor, George Pitsilis.
