'Maaro sir': Video of protester standing firm amid Delhi Police crackdown goes viral

A protester stood before police during a Cockroach Janta Party march in Delhi. He repeatedly asked officers to beat him while remaining in place. Police used lathis and tear gas to disperse the large crowd of demonstrators. Many protesters dispersed, but this man continued to stand his ground. Security forces stopped the marchers at multiple points across central Delhi.
