Your Advisors Already Use AI. Your Manual Says They Don’t.

In many firms, advisors are already using AI to help think through client decisions. This does not look dramatic. It looks like an advisor asking ChatGPT to pressure test a rollover recommendation before a meeting, clean up the rationale for a client note, compare risks in a concentrated-stock position, or find the obvious hole in an annuity replacement analysis.
