Finnish Administrative Court Rules Against Appeals on Forcit Explosives Plant Permits

The Administrative Court has ruled that appellants, including four associations and seven private individuals, lacked the right to appeal permits granted to Forcit's explosives factory in Pori's Noormarkku, although Forcit has since withdrawn and resubmitted its application.
