Azerbaijan accused of presenting drug convicts as Iran-linked terrorists

Social media users are claiming that Azerbaijan has presented drug convicts as terrorists linked to Iran. Most of the inmates implicated in an alleged Iranian terrorist plot against the BTC pipeline reportedly have a history of drug-related arrests.
