Telegram ban not foolproof against VPNs, but curbs NEET fraud market: NTA chief
The National Testing Agency (NTA) chief has stated that while a ban on Telegram may not completely prevent its use through VPNs, it is effective in disrupting the market for NEET exam fraud. The measure aims to curb malpractices associated with the entrance examination.
