Severe Weather Alert in Central and Southern Italy

A red alert for severe weather has been issued for Abruzzo, Molise, and Puglia, with an orange alert for Basilicata and Marche. The storm has brought over two meters of snow to Capracotta, isolating villages and causing rivers to swell, with one man reported missing.
