Ho Chi Minh City to pour $270M into road expansion to ease western gateway congestion

Years of gridlock at one of Ho Chi Minh City's most congested western gateways could finally ease after the city approved nearly VND7 trillion (US$270 million) to widen Vinh Loc Road, a key artery serving multiple industrial zones.
