15 Japanese Nationals Detained in Cambodia for Alleged Special Fraud

Fifteen Japanese nationals have been detained by authorities in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on suspicion of involvement in special fraud. The Japanese Embassy in Cambodia is coordinating with local authorities on the matter.
