Chega backs down and approves PCP proposal that prevents statute of limitations on fines for cartels
A PCP project that revises the rules and deadlines for the statute of limitations on fines for cartelization cases under investigation has been approved and, if enacted by Seguro, will prevent the loss of 880 million euros.
