Lithuania Reports Halving of Contraband Balloon Flow from Belarus

Lithuania's Interior Minister, Kondratovičius, announced that the flow of contraband cigarettes transported by balloons from Belarus has decreased by almost two times. This reduction follows active measures taken by Lithuania against such smuggling last year.
