Najnovší návrh ministra kajúcnika neruší, ale spochybňuje jeho svedecké výpovede. A to aj v konaniach, ktoré sú už rozbehnuté na súdoch. Zasiahnuť môže nielen kauzu Očistec, ktorá sa týka Tibora Gašpara (Smer), ale aj prípad vraždy novinára Jána Kuciaka.
