Parents to Pay for Liquid Nitrogen Supply for Failed Biobank Samples

Holders of samples from the defunct Biobank will now have to pay for the supply of liquid nitrogen to maintain their samples, after the company GaiaCell threatened to cease payments.

Imetniki vzorcev propadle Biobanke bodo plačali dobavo tekočega dušika za vzdrževanje vzorcev. Podjetje GaiaCell, ki jih hrani, je namreč zagrozilo, da bo dobavo nehalo plačevati. Odvetniška družba Vrtačnik, kjer zastopajo del imetnikov, je JAZMP in GaiaCell pozvala k izvrševanju odločbe agencije, po kateri GaiaCell vzorcev ne sme ogroziti.
