Speaking with FRANCE 24's Mark Owen, Rex Li, Research Affiliate of Lau China Institute and Professor of International Relations at the School of Global Affairs King's College London, says that Vladimir Putin has been "warmly welcomed by Chinese leaders" compared to Donald Trump, explaining that "Russia and China share the same goal of building a multi-polar world and constructing an alternative world order".
